What happens to your data

Short version: the form sends your details to me so I can reply to you. Nothing else happens to them, and you can have them deleted by asking.

What the form collects

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give one
• Your company name and website
• What you said you are looking at
• A record that you ticked the consent box, and when

Why

To reply to your enquiry, and to look at the website and ad accounts you asked me to look at. That is the only reason it is collected and the only thing it is used for.

Who else sees it

The form runs on Velora, a tool I built myself, which stores the submission and sends me the alert. My email provider handles the reply. Nobody else has access to it.

Your details are not sold, not shared with anyone, and not added to a mailing list. There is no newsletter here to be signed up to.

How long it is kept

While we are in touch, and for a reasonable period after in case you come back. If you ask for it to be deleted it is deleted, and I do not keep a copy.

What you can ask for

A copy of what I hold about you, a correction to it, or its deletion. Email me and it is done, normally the same day. You do not need to give a reason, and asking does not affect anything else.

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them.
