One person doing all of it. Six years in performance marketing, running the accounts, building the pages and setting up the tracking that connects the two.
The gaps between those suppliers are where a lot of the money goes. Nobody owns the handover from the ad to the page, or from the page to the enquiry. Doing all three means there is no handover.
Search term reports, negative keywords, match types, bidding and budget. Catching demand that already exists, and not paying for the searches that were never going to become customers.
Audiences, creative testing and refresh, and a pixel that fires on the event you actually care about. For the businesses whose customers do not know they want it until they see it.
The page the click lands on, the form on it, and the conversion tracking behind the form, so every enquiry can be traced back to the campaign that produced it.
Send me your site. I record a short video of what I would change in the account and on the page. No charge, no conditions, and the recording is yours whether or not anything comes of it.
One number, and it decides everything else: which channel makes sense, what you can afford to pay for a click, and whether paid advertising is worth doing at all. If it is not, I will say so.
Campaign structure, ad copy or creative, the landing page, and conversion tracking set up properly on both platforms so the reporting means something from day one.
Ongoing optimisation and one monthly report, written by me, that says which campaigns produced customers rather than which ones produced clicks.
Goes straight to Google and Meta on your own card. It never passes through me and I take no percentage of it, so I have nothing to gain from telling you to spend more.
You own the ad accounts, the tracking and the pages. I work inside your accounts, not mine. If we stop working together you keep everything, including the history, and nothing needs migrating.
Month to month. No minimum, no notice period, no cancellation conversation. If it stops being worth it, it stops.
One report a month, written by me rather than exported from a dashboard, saying which campaigns produced customers and what I changed.
I could put a percentage here and you would have no way of checking it. Most of what you read on marketing websites is exactly that: a figure with no account behind it, from a campaign you cannot see, for a client who may not exist.
So instead: on a call I will share my screen and open a real account. With the client's permission, and their name off the screen if they prefer it. You can ask whatever you want about it while it is in front of you, including the parts that did not work.
That is a weaker first impression than a wall of statistics. It is also the only version of it that means anything.

Six years in performance marketing. Four of them in house at a food company as the first marketing hire, running paid search, paid social, SEO and email on a budget small enough that everything had to be measured. Nearly two years after that at an agency, running Google Ads lead generation accounts for other people's businesses and building the GA4 and SQL reporting behind them.
In between the agency and this, eleven months at Outlier evaluating and annotating model outputs for training large language models. Not marketing, but a year of being paid to read closely and mark things wrong.
Since January 2026, on my own. I am also building Velora, a tool for capturing website enquiries and answering them quickly, which is the same form software running at the bottom of this page.
Every date and job above is on my LinkedIn profile, with the same employers and the same months. If anything here does not match what you find there, believe LinkedIn and tell me.
Ten minutes of my time, no charge, and you keep the recording either way. If the account is already in good shape, I will tell you that instead.
Or email [email protected] directly.
